55 Lawns LLC d/b/a Oakcrest Outdoors (“Oakcrest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides landscaping, tree services, landscape enhancements, pressure washing, and related property services to residential, HOA, and commercial customers throughout Central Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit oakcrestoutdoors.com (the “Site”), contact us, request an estimate, or respond to one of our advertisements, and how we use, share, and protect that information.
By using the Site or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, fill out a contact or lead form (on our Site, on Facebook or Instagram, or through another advertising platform), call or text us, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and mailing or service address
- Your ZIP code and the type of property (home, HOA or community, rental, or commercial)
- The services you are interested in and any details you share about your property or project
- Photos you send us of your property
- Payment and billing details needed to invoice you for services (we do not store full card numbers on the Site)
- Any other information you choose to provide in messages or conversations with us
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from third parties. If you submit a lead form through Facebook, Instagram, Google, or another platform, that platform sends us the information you entered in the form (for example, your name, phone number, email, and ZIP code) along with your answers to any questions on the form. We may also receive limited information from public records or business directories when serving HOA and commercial accounts.

- Respond to your inquiries and schedule free on-site estimates
- Provide, schedule, invoice, and follow up on the services you request
- Contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your estimate, appointment, or account
- Send service reminders, seasonal maintenance tips, and promotional offers if you have opted in
- Improve our Site, services, and advertising, and understand which ads and pages bring customers to us
- Protect the security of our Site and business, and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Text Messages and Phone Calls (Consent)
When you provide your phone number in a quote request, lead form, or other contact with us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Oakcrest Outdoors at that number regarding your request, estimate, and services, including messages sent using automated or pre-recorded technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, and you can request help by replying HELP or contacting us using the details in Section 11. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and our own internal do-not-call list; to be added to our internal list, contact us at any time.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to send you the messages described above.

- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations. Lead and estimate information for customers who do not hire us is typically kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your request, then deleted or anonymized unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on the Site and limiting access to personal information to team members and vendors who need it.
